Horizons, LLC is not responsible for cancellations or damages caused by natural disasters, terrorism, strikes, riots, government shutdowns and decrees, wars, contagious diseases and infections, food poisoning etc. Yellowstone Horizons LLC is not responsible for damages incurred outside of its direct services. Yellowstone Horizons, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by other establishments, hired guides or outfitters, such as: rafting, horseback riding, snowmobile, dog sledding, fly fishing, etc. Yellowstone Horizons LLC is not responsible for accidents caused by illegal acts of tour participants. Visibility and road conditions on tours is weather dependent. We will continue as scheduled in inclement weather unless unsafe, or there are prohibitions to park travel such as road or park closures. Yellowstone Horizons, LLC reserves the right to change tour schedules depending on road conditions, road closures, disasters etc.
